岗位责任描述

1. Prepare journal entries and periodic closing. Performing GL accounting procedure/activities timely and accurately in accordance with IFRS and PRC GAAP. Ensure the company meet all regulatory and statutory requirement. (IFRS/PRC Accounting Guidelines, Global Guidelines, Tax Legislation, Finance operation procedures etc.)
2. Perform monthly balance sheet accounts reconciliations and ensure all balance sheet accounts are properly substantiated.
3. Assist accounting manager in daily work and process efficiency improvement projects.
4. Ability to recognize unusual transactions, trends or variations and communicate findings to team leaders.
5. Accomplishes accounting and organization objectives by completing ad-hoc tasks as needed.
6. Coordinate internal/external audit to fulfil the compliance requirement.

Regular review and update of finance procedures. Assist managers on high risk identification, and work on process improvement to reduce unnecessary work and update the job aids.

资历及工作经验要求

1. Degree in Finance or business or equivalent. Chinese and English essential.

2. At least 5 years working experiences in financial ledgers or auditing firm.

3. Technical understanding of IFRS/PRC GAAP, good knowledge in finance report and ability to analysis skills (e.g consolidated financial statement , cost accounting and other related knowledge (Tax legislations and guidelines )

4. Good command MS office skills, has solid experience on SAP knowledge or other ERP accounting system.

5. Highly self-motivated to work independently within delegated authority, with minimal supervision. Ability to prioritize effectively, multitask and meet all deadlines.

Demonstrates the ability to work as part of a team, and a clear understanding of how assigned responsibilities impact other processed and the work of other people.
