Principal Accountabilities 

In addition to following McDonald’s policies and procedures, principal accountabilities include, but are not limited to: 

Financial Analysis Management

1) Work closely with Digital/Marketing on financial plan in accordance with corporate strategy

2) Provide business case as decision-making reference before launching new program/project

3) Regularly furnish key financial analysis report to help BU and stakeholders understand the business result

4) Assist the corporate controller in preparing the quarterly business updates, including financial/operational highlights

Loyalty Program Operations – Finance function

1) Work closely with Digital/Marketing on loyalty budget planning and tracking on monthly basis

2) Build and own properly structured model to verify new product/partner to be introduced into the platform 

3) Track and monitor the program execution, and provide correspondent advisory

4) Own the reconciliation and settlement process with point exchange partners

Innovation and Improvement 

1) Continually improve financial analysis process and report to meet up with the business requirement

2) Collaborate with Digital/Marketing to improve performance from financial perspective

3) Coordinate necessary resources as single contact point of finance team, including treasury preparation, tax planning, etc.

4) Identify business critical factors and respond to risks underlined 

Requirements:

01. Undergraduate degree or above

02. Minimum 5 year relevant work experiences in FMCG/retailing sectors

03. MNC exposure, with digital intuition and thinking preferred
