职位描述
Primary Responsibilities:
- Independently handle the payroll process in Shanghai & Chongqing Plant with the guide from HRM and GC COE team, covering full-time employee & contractor.
- Independently handle the employee life-cycle process in Shanghai Plant & employee Pfile with the support from 3rd party vendor (pre- & on-boarding, contracting, orientation, exit, etc), covering full-time employee & contractor.
- Support HRM to develop effective industry oriented/specified hiring processes and channels to build pipeline.
- Maintain and update the employee information in HRIS for Shanghai Plant and ensure the data accuracy.
- Support HRM and GC HR team for C&B program implementation in Shanghai Plant.
- Support ODP program implementation in Shanghai Plant (campus recruiting, end-rotation-review, regular meetings, off-program placement, etc).
- Support HRM to develop & implement Employee Engagement/ Communication events to ensure a harmonious working relationship in Shanghai Plant.
- Support HRM to implement Talent Review Process in Shanghai Plant smoothly.
- Manage HR service vendor to ensure the high quality service for the company.
- Work with site HRBP to implement direct & contract staff recruiting & selection
- Any ad hoc work assigned by the superior & GC HR team.
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor degree and 3-4 years HR working experience in multinational companies.
- Strong in HR daily operation function, solid experience in daily C&B activities.
- High energy level with strong customer service mind set & can-do attitude.
- Quick learner, great team player and ability to work effectively in a complicated business environment.
- Well organized, strong process orientation.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal & communication English skills.
