Primary Responsibilities:

• Be role model of active discipline and pursuer integrity constantly.
• Be fully responsible for site maintenance and engineering activity
• Administers corporate policies. Ensure all the operations activity must in compliance with the local government Law/Rules/Regulations and internal policy.
• Maintains safety and good housekeeping standards. Ensure EHS framework smooth running in production, assure safe working environment for employees. Put EHS & Mechanical Integrity, in the first priority; establish rules and provide necessary trainings to ensure all staffs in safe operation. Continuously improve EHSS to match company reputation. Improve the 5S level of daily Operations.

· Develop the Preventive Maintenance Plan and manage the relative SOPs preparation. Strictly follow the PM system and keep the work efficiently to make the all facilities reliable.

· Be responsible for manage all overhaul activities, planning, outsourcing, inspection, acceptance, and reporting.

· Minimize and optimize the MRO cost for the best maintenance performance.

· Be responsible for daily trouble shooting and emergency trouble shooting.

· Be responsible for daily facility trouble shooting and emergency trouble shooting, make sure enough resource is available and be able to hand-on in sometime.Develop the coaching program for the assessment of performance of underling; ensure the staffs are well trained and competent to support the operation needs.

· Manage the project-base service in a good manner.

• Control the manpower and change the organization based on actual situation to ensure the efficiency of the organization.
• Optimize the all facilities & Utilities to support production in maximum and keep the EHSS and quality standard meanwhile.
• Works with other departments to implement synergic initiatives.

Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor degree major in Chemical Engineering or Machinery Engineering or Automation Engineering, Master Degree is a plus.
• More than 10 years working experience in foreign investment enterprises, with more than 5 years management experiences in maintenance activity.
• Experience in CMMS and work process development
• Fluent English both in writing and speaking.
• Strong Leadership skills and a good team player
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability for risks identification in safety, environment, healthy, and security side.

· Passion for the excellence of the job; Strong sense of responsibility, keep working under pressure.

• Good business sense, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Literacy in computer is essential.
