外资环球商务差旅顾问公司上海市黄浦区瞿溪路办事处诚聘机票票务操作专员若干名.公司办事处设于全球七个国家,提供24小时商务旅行咨询,订票,酒店,签证等服务.

任职要求：

1．须能书写及操流利英语及普通话, 英语达CET-4-5.级水平;

2．能独立处理航空票务订位及出票操作，并具有1-2年或以上有关工作经验. 懂ETERM / Amadeus 订票系统及海员票务者优先取录；

3．须熟悉国内/国外机票销售政策及业务流程；

4．熟练操作民航订位系统，出票指令操作，熟悉掌握出票技巧；

5．优越的沟通能力；

6．良好的客户服务意识；

工作范围和职责：

1．按客户要求，提供相关路线，票价和舱位选择；

2．根据系统中确定的订单，及时准确出票；

3．迅速、妥善地解决一些需要改签退票等特殊问题；

4．协助票务经理开发机票采购渠道，做好维护工作;

5．开具发票,出票,存档,等等日常帐务工作, 同时紧密联系财务部门的运作

Leading Global Travel Management Agency has vacancy for Operation Supervisor in its Shanghai office at 691 Qu Xi Road . The Company has global offices in 7 countries, providing travel management consultancy, ticket and hotel booking, entry visa assistance, etc. on 24/7 basis.

Qualification and requirement:

1. Able to write and speak fluent English (CET-4-5) and Putonghua

2. Able to handle air travel booking and ticketing independently with 1-2 years or more relevant working experience in travel agency or airline. Knowledge in ETERM / Amadeus system and seamen ticketing preferred.

3. Knowledge of domestic / international air ticket sale and procedures

4. Versed in booking system and skills in system commands

5. Good communication skill

6. Good sense in client relationship

Job responsibility:

1. Provide different routing, class, fare as per Client’s request

2. Issue tickets timely as booked

3. Speedy service in changing ticket date/routing and cancellation / refund

4. Assisting the manager in sourcing the tickets

5. Invoicing, filing, coordinating with Finance department on ticketing record and accounting
