岗位职责：
1、熟悉人力资源六大模块，尤其对绩效、招聘模块具有自己的见解；
2、组织制定、执行、监督企业人力资源管理有关规章制度和工作流程；

3、制定、完善招聘流程，实施招聘计划，候选人面试并筛选出复试人选，做好与用人部门间的招聘协调工作等
4、制定、完善绩效管理流程，并配合主管进行员工绩效考核工作的实施；
5、熟悉行政工作流程，负责办公室日常行政后勤工作的运作管理；

6、组织、安排员工日常文化娱乐活动；
7、完成人力资源部经理交办的其它事项。

任职资格：
1、大专及以上学历，人力资源相关专业；
2、三年以上人人事行政专员工作经验，能独立操作招聘、绩效两大模块；

3、国家劳动人事相关法律、法规、社会保障制度；
4、持有人力资源三级以上证书，有人力资源专业知识的基础；

5、具有良好语言表达能力，并有较强的凝聚力。
