Responsibilities:

主要职责：1 Responsible for the overall management, promotion and personnel training of the overseas study in the United States;

全面负责美国留学业务管理、推广及人员培训培养工作；
2.Participate in the formulation and planning of business strategies and promotion strategies for the study abroad business in the United States;

参与制定和规划美国留学业务的经营策略和推广策略；
3.Conduct effective guidance, supervision and training for American consultants and writing consultant teams, regularly communicate with staff status, grasp performance dynamics and service process control, and achieve performance goals;

对美国顾问、文案团队进行有效的指导、监督与培训，定期沟通员工状态，把握业绩动态和服务流程控制，促成业绩目标达成；
4.Familiar with the characteristics of project products, understand the situation of competitors in the market, cooperate with market planning, understand the pros and cons of promotion through various channels, put forward suggestions for market promotion, and continue to increase new resources. Coordinating the arrangement of marketing activities within the project;

熟悉项目产品特性，了解市场竞争对手状况配合市场策划，了解各个渠道推广利弊，提出市场推广的建议方案，持续保持新增资源增加。协调项目内部与市场推广活动的安排；
5.Solve customer service complaints or feedback problems, assist department consultants to sign contracts, and ensure the overall success rate of signing contracts;

解决客服投诉或反馈问题，协助部门顾问签约，保证总体的签约成功率；
6.Complete other tasks assigned by the General Manager/Director of Operations to coordinate and deal with daily emergencies.

完成总经理/运营总监交办的其他工作任务协调及处理日常发生的各种突发紧急状况。

Requirements:

岗位要求:
1.Bachelor degree or above, with unlimited majors;

本科以上学历，专业不限；
2.More than three years of relevant working experience and more than two years of team management experience.

三年以上相关工作经验，二年以上团队管理经验；
3.Proficiency in business related knowledge of American study abroad programs and familiarity with business processes and operations;

精通美国留学项目业务相关知识，熟悉业务流程及运作；
4.Familiar with American education system, social system, cultural and livelihood customs, geographical overview, requirements for admission of colleges and universities, strong appeal and team management ability, strong market sensitivity;

熟悉美国的教育制度、社会制度、文活生活习俗、地理概况、各院校招生要求；较强的号召力与团队管理能力，较强的市场敏锐度；
5.Good communication and adaptability, strong logicality, strong customer awareness;

良好的沟通和应变能力，逻辑性强，客户意识强；
6. Excellent English reading and writing skills. Overseas study, work and consulting professionals are preferred.

优秀的英文读写能力，有海外学习、工作及留学咨询行业工作者优先。
