职位描述
岗位职责:
1、针对汽车经销商销售人员进行培训,产品类课程的讲授;
2、负责汽车经销商销售流程、技巧类课程的讲授;
3、根据主机厂的目标及市场情况,提出合理的建议并给予有效、可行的解决方案,制定阶段性的培训计划;
4、现场指导、汽车专业咨询;
5、其他汽车行业课程培训和咨询相关工作。
岗位要求:
1、28岁以上,男女不限,形象良好;
2、具备与销售管理相对应的汽车行业培训、咨询经验;
3、三年以上汽车经销商销售或管理工作经验;(有高端品牌汽车经验者优先)
4、具有较强的逻辑思维能力及学习能力,出色的演讲能力;
