Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with a minimum of 3 years Account Receivable and Collection/(or) Project management/(or) Controlling experience who will take full ownership of the Financial Project Controlling and A/R & Collection position at a medium size company.
Applicant will be responsible for tracking and resolving all financial project issues and generate aging reports in a timely manner. The candidate must have knowledge of general accounting principles and be proficient at MS Office (especially Excel). Knowledge of SAP software is a must.
The applicant should display a positive and proactive attitude, strong organizational skills, the ability to prioritize and multitask, both paper and over the phone, as he or she will frequently deal with higher levels of management.
It is mandatory that the candidate has strong interpersonal negotiation skills and be a strong communicator to customers as well as to other intercompany departments. Applicant works closely with the project management and operations department to control the projects financial status as well gives support to sales department regarding financial contract issues.

Job Requirements:
Make regular collection calls for outstanding payments
Conduct account research and analysis
Prepare and maintain various reports
Identify and execute the necessary process adjustments
Send statement to outstanding customers
Interact with customers and internal departments to resolve outstanding issues
Control the financial status of all current project (cost, revenues, payment)
Support sales and application during bidding campaign for contract and payment issues
English in written and oral

DAP和DSC公司于1999年在上海建立自己的维修服务站，负责杜尔SOMAC公司和杜尔DAP公司产品安装、调试、服务、培训、跟班作业和备件销售方面的业务。这个服务站于2008年并入上海申克机械有限公司，成立为FAP部门（总装产品部）。
