岗位职责：

  1、在项目经理的指导下协助各项销售活动的开展；

2、内部ERP系统报价、订购单、订单确认函的处理；

3、管理经销商/客户提供的家具制作材料；

4、跟踪工厂订单进度并定期向经销商汇报；

5、安排航运并制作相关航运文件；

6、协助项目经理的内外部沟通。

任职资格：

1、至少2-3年的相关工作经验；

2、熟练的中文和日文的听说读写能力；

3、良好的文档和演示技能，熟练操作Excel，PPt，Word等；

4、有家具营销或项目管理等工作经验优先；

5、能够在快节奏的环境中工作，并且能够完成多项任务。
