description of job：

1. 熟练掌握三维设计软件进行各种电器系统3D及2D图纸设计；

   Proficiency in 3D design software for 3D and 2D drawing design of various electrical systems;

2. 负责与客户的技术沟通和协调，主导高压PDU产品的技术开发，工艺开发，制定PDU产品设计流程、设计规范；

   Responsible for technical communication and coordination with customers, leading the technical development and process development of high-voltage PDU products, formulating PDU product design process and design specifications;

3. 熟悉高压PDU开发流程，熟悉高压系统部件元电器件选型以及高压线束布局，对APQP文件整理以及汇总, 高压PDU产品开发的经验以及问题的汇总整理；

   Familiar with the high-voltage PDU development process, familiar with the selection of high-voltage system components and high-voltage harness layout, APQP file sorting and summary, high-voltage PDU product development experience and problem summary;

4. 熟悉IATF16949质量体系

   Familiar with IATF16949 quality system

5. 熟练的英语读写能力

   .Excellent English skill on reading & writing

机械、汽车、电气相关专业大专及以上学历，2年以上汽车零部件行业产品开发相关经验，熟悉汽车零部件开发流程及相关体系管理规定

College degree or above in mechanical, automotive or electrical related fields, more than 2 years experience in product development in the auto parts industry, familiar with auto parts development process and related system management regulations

熟悉电动汽车高压安全标准或有高压电器、高压连接器开发经验者优先；

Familiar with high-voltage safety standards for electric vehicles or experience in developing high-voltage electrical appliances and high-voltage connectors is preferred;

熟悉塑料、五金件模具及成型特点；

Familiar with plastics, hardware molds and molding features;

熟练应用Catia、SolidEdge、CAXA等软件，具备一定的结构设计、强度分析能力；

Proficiency in the application of Catia, SolidEdge, CAXA and other software, with a certain structural design, strength analysis capabilities;

良好的个人信誉，工作积极、上进；

Good personal reputation, positive work and progress;

良好的团队合作精神和沟通协调能力

Good teamwork and communication skills
