职责：

负责在深亚微米低工艺条件下的复杂SoC设计的tape-out项目，具体包括模块或芯片极的逻辑综合、布局布线、芯片集成、静态时序分析和sign-off等

要求：

1．电子工程或计算机科学相关专业硕士，并有相关时序分析和集成电路体物理设计领域的最低4年以上的工作经验

2．模块和芯片级的静态时序分析和时序收敛的丰富经验

3．具有90/65纳米产品成功tape-out经验的更好

4．具有DFT
– ATPG，JTAG，BIST等产品经验的更好

5．具有高速高性能封装经验的更好

6．具有建立自动CAD/tape-out环境经验的更好

7．良好的英语口语和书面表达能力

8．良好的沟通交流技巧，适应于独立和团队开发

RESPONSIBILITIES: responsible for successful tape-outs of
our complex SoC designs at advanced process nodes. The tasks include block/chip
level synthesis, planning, place and route, chip integration, static timing
analysis (STA), and sign-off, etc.



MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

- MS in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science with minimum 4 years
experience in timing analysis, IC physical design

- Strong expertise in STA and timing closoure at both block and chip level.

- 90/65nm production tape out experiences a plus

- Production experience in DFT – ATPG, JTAG, BIST, etc., a plus.

- Package design for high speed and high performance IC a plus.

- Experience in building an automated CAD/tape out environment a plus.

- Good written and spoken English

- Good communication skills and able to work both independently and in a team
