1、 针对公司产品自身特点以及市场状况制定产品运营规划、战略、布局并实施；

2、 全面负责公司的网络运营的日常工作，主要包括SEM、SEO、新媒体运营、品牌推广等，包括线上和线下推广，提高用户转化率以及活跃度，优化数据表现并对数据负责；

3、 根据网站营销数据进行深入分析，对每个产品运营情况进行评估，提炼卖点，指导美工进行页面优化，提升搜索量，促进销量；定期总结运营效果，提交运营分析报告，制定与优化运营策略；

4、 规划平台的风格、架构、功能、频道，制订、完善网络平台的运营管理制度、业务流程；

5、 负责收集市场和行业信息，分析竞争对手；

6、 每日统计分析最新数据，并根据数据变化采取针对性运营措施；从而规划网站运营的方向选择、产品选择、政策制定、流量规划、架构规划、营销计划拟定、运营指标达成；

7、 根据用户反馈，持续与产品线上其他部门对接，结合运营实际提出对产品的改进意见，提高用户留存度。

任职资格

1. 中专及以上学历，英语四级及以上。
2. 3年以上互联网行业应用市场及SEO、SEM经验，熟悉各应用市场审核策略及分类排名算法机制等；
3. 对数据敏感，具备数据分析能力，并将分析结果及时体现于运营改进上；
4. 优秀的沟通与团队管理能力，能够独立组建团队，制定相关政策和管理制度，对业务能快速透彻的理解并找准目标用户需求点，进行精准推广；
5. 优秀的协调执行能力，能独立完成跨团队、跨职能的沟通协调工作，解决工作中遇到挑战；
6. 有美工设计经验佳；
