Responsibilities:

职责与工作任务：

1.Simulating and caculating the strength of motor via ANSYS and optimise the design to meet the requirments.

使用ANSYS软件对电机的结构强度进行模拟分析和计算，从而优化设计使其满足要求；

2.Simulating the preload of motor bearing via ANSYS and optimise the design to let the shim design meet the requirements.

使用ANSYS软件对电机的轴承预紧力进行模拟分析，从而优化垫片设计使其满足要求；

3.Genarate the motor 3d/2d design via solidworks.

使用solidwoiks 进行电机的3d/2d设计；

4.Communicating and cooperating with design team in uk to finish the design of some motor projects.

同英国设计团队沟通协作，一起完成相关电机项目的设计；

5.Provide the fast analization and solution for the problems in the process of testing.

对在测试过程中出现的问题，快速的分析并提出解决方案；

6.Finish other temporary jobs assigned by line manager .

完成其他临时交办的工作；

Requirements:

任职资格：

1.Master degree or above.

硕士及以上学历；

2.Mechanical or equivalent work experience.

机械或同等工作经验；

3.5 to 8 years experience in design motor or auto structure experience

5到8年电机或汽车结构设计经验

? Familiarity with ansys software or samilar software

熟悉ansys或相同的 软件

4.Familiarity with national and international design standards ;

熟悉国内外设计标准；

5.Familiar with Microsoft Office, Solidworks Cad modeling software, Ansys software；

熟悉Microsoft Office,Solidworks Cad建模软件、ansys 软件；

6.Good English preferred;

英文良好的优先；

7.Be able to work independently；

能够独立工作

Magelec Propulsion is a complete electric powertrain manufacturer, producing permanent magnet axial flux motor generator units, IGBT and SiC MOFSET based motor control units and geared transmissions. We create the most power dense, light weight axial flux powertrain solutions in the world. Developed for motorsport or daily commercial duty, out compact, light weight designs reduce powertrain mass, improving vehicle performance, increasing payload and range.

Omni Gear and Magelec Propulsion are from the Omni Powertrain Technologies Family. We design, engineer and manufacture gearboxes, axial flux motors and its own in house designed inverters making them one ofthe few complete Powertrain drive system suppliers in the world.
