PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

• Liaise with vendors, customers, and internal parties for information/documents, comments and/or approval.

• Coordinate sample submission to customers for approval.

• Record order details in company’s systems for documentation, coordination, review and analysis.

• Provide clerical and administrative support to the team.

• Follow-up orders with vendors, customers and internal parties to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery.

• Arrange sample packing and submission to customers for approval.

• Assist in the product development process to ensure that products meet customers' quality and budget requirements

• Coordinate sample submission to customers for approval.

• Help design with all test swatches as well as tier yarns planning and upkeep.

• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Requirments:

• > 1 year's experience in garment merchandising

• Well organized individual, able to manage multiple tasks, strong problem solving skills, able to meet deadlines

• Good command of written and spoken English

• Literate in Microsoft office programs
