BASIC PURPOSE: Analysis and execution of microbial sample testing in accordance with standard operating procedures.

  PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

主要职责：

1. Independently and correctly analyze and perform microbial sample preparation and detection in accordance with standard operating procedures, and fill in relevant records in time.

独立并正确地按照标准操作程序分析并执行微生物样品的制备和检测，并及时填写相关记录。

2. Prepare media according to specification of the method.

根据标准方法中的内容制备培养基。

3. Manage standard strains, prepare working strains, and fill in relevant records.

管理标准菌株、制备工作菌种，并填写相关记录。

4. Ability to detect or judge simple instrument failures and report them to group leader or other senior microbiologist. Undertake equipment maintenance tasks assigned to them by the group leader or other senior microbiologist under their supervision or following their directions.

能够检测或判断简单仪器故障，并向部门主管或其他资深员工报告。承担由部门主管或其他资深员工分配的仪器保养任务并能在他们的监督或指导下完成工作。

5. Communicate procedural and operational difficulties and delays to group leader or other senior microbiologist as required.

根据需求对于操作流程和操作方法中的困难和延误向部门主管或其他资深员工进行沟通。

6. Perform all applicable corporate and laboratory quality control procedures.

执行所有适用的公司和实验室质量控制程序。

7. Meet turnaround time commitments and make suggestions to increase efficiency.

8. May hold responsibilities in the area of informatics support.

9. Participate in being cross-trained with other laboratory staff in order to alleviate the workload in key laboratory areas when high sample volumes are experienced.

10. Prepare all records (data, notebooks, and instrument books) in a timely, thorough, and neat manner.

  REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

任职资格：

1. Junior college education or above in food science, biology related majors

大专及以上学历，食品科学，生物相关专业。

2. Experienced with general laboratory instrumentation and procedures.

具有一般实验室仪器和程序经验。

3. Good written and verbal communication skills. Fluent in Mandarin, proficient in English.

良好的书面和口头沟通能力。流利的普通话，熟练的英语。

4. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.

有微软办公软件的经验，如Word、Excel、PowerPoint、Outlook等。

  PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

具有以下资格者优先考虑：

1. Junior college education, more than 3 years relevant work experience required. Bachelor degree, more than 2 years relevant work experience required.

大专以上学历，3年以上相关工作经验。本科以上学历，2年以上相关工作经验。

2. Strong professional ability with microbiology operation.

独立熟练地微生物操作技能。

3. Good organization skills and a strong ability to take direction from multiple sources.

良好的组织能力和较强的能力，能从多个来源获得方向。

4. Knowledge and experience with laboratory QA/QC plans and procedures.

有实验室质量管理计划和程序的知识和经验。

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

1. Light physical effort required (ability to lift and empty solvent or reagent containers or move 2 to 5 kilograms from one area to another).

轻体力要求。

2. Standing for long periods of time is necessary periodically.

长时间站立的要求。

3. Working with various organic solvents, chemical analytes, reagents, acids, and bases is necessary.

4. Safety glasses must be worn at all times in lab areas.
