Responsibilities:

• Responsible for planning and coordination of all marketing tasks of EPLAN China.
• Building up and establishing marketing cooperation with strategic partners and local leading industry captains in automation industry for joint marketing campaigns, events, fairs & seminars.
• Strategic marketing planning as well as marketing controlling and reporting. This includes marketing detailed marketing planning as well as the execution of all defined activities including clear metrics and budgets. Development and execution of marketing & sales campaigns. Monitoring of all activities and analysis of metrics to measure success and hit rate connected to sales CRM system.
• Responsible for following corporate identity and corporate design guidelines at EPLAN CHINA.

-Synchronization with EPLAN HQ marketing and following approval process for all marketing materials and localization.

-Development and positioning of the brand EPLAN in China.

• Managing and execution of the complete marketing mix in CHINA as well as supervision and project management of all internal and external service providers in cooperation with EPLAN HQ for ONLINE, PRINT & COLLATERAL, EVENTMANAGEMENT, PUBLIC RELATIONSHIP MANAGAMENET

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required

• Extremely detail oriented and resourceful

• 5+ years of experience in events organization

• 2+ years of Digital Marketing experience and good record

• Proven ability to work closely and successfully with a sales organization

• Proven ability to successfully execute a variety of marketing programs, including targeted direct mail and email, field events, executive engagements, awareness campaigns

• Experience with marketing automation systems to successfully run campaigns

• Ability to work very independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams

• Strong analytics, reporting, and written communication skills

• Rigorous attention to detail and focus on quality of deliverables
