Position: RM for Technology Banking or RM for Innovation Banking

Key Responsibilities (not limited to)

1.      Identify prospect and convert in line with Bank's appetite.

2.      Engage and coordinate Product Partners for marketing efforts and deal structuring.

3.      Oversee the quality & turnaround of credit proposal and ensure faster delivery. Work with CA for resolving credit queries, reviewing & supporting CM and CCR.

4.      Successfully negotiate and close out pricing and other deal dynamics with client.

5.      Lead and plan ahead Trade/Banking & Treasury Operations activities.

6.      Managing a healthy pipeline and also a record of client calls and discussions.

7.      Review past due and excess cases with the CA to ensure discipline and quality in portfolio.

8.      Overall responsible and accountable for Working Capital Loan and Fixed Asset Loan post drawdown monitoring.

9.      Attend various internal or external sales / non sales meetings like Loan Review Meeting, Portfolio Review Meeting etc.

10.   Overall responsible and accountable for the credit quality of the assigned / acquired portfolio.

Qualifications

1.      University bachelor degree in finance and accounting or related disciplines.

2.      At least 5 years working experience in international bank, with marketing, credit knowledge and relationship with large and medium sized companies.

3.      Has manage technology and healthcare companies, know some PE/VC investors.(if for Technology Banking)

4.      Must be detail-oriented, with good analytical, interpersonal, communication and sales skills.

5.      Possess personal qualities of independence, integrity and professionalism.

6.      Self-motivated, hard-working, mobile for travel.

7.      Fluency in spoken and written English are mandatory.
