1、负责公司采购订单的下达、交期确认；

2、产品质量跟踪及产品到达仓库入库情况的跟踪 ；

3、负责制作并管理合同、发票、付款申请等单据 ；

4、管理采购合同及供应商文件资料，定期收集、建立供应商信息资源库 ；

5、负责制作对账单，月初月末与财务核对数据 ；

6、协助采购经理进行供应商的联络、接待工作 ；

7、完成领导交办的其他任务

岗位要求：

1、擅长数据分析、熟练Excel各种公式操作应用；

2、具备较强的学习能力和团队协作精神，能接受工作压力的挑战。
