工作职责：
1.通过电话、拜访的方式对目标客户展开接洽与跟进，成功签下每期的课程客户；
2.按照公司的规定执行销售计划，完成公司及部门规定的每月、每季、每年的销售业绩指标；
3.客户管理：不断的开发新客户，通过互联网、电话跟进深入挖掘现有客户的消费潜力，建立、维持长期的客户关系。
4.每日更新与维护客户数据库，完善联络信息，更新销售活动的进度与详情，汇报部门主管
5.服从公司工作安排，协助参与执行公开课、内训课程现场会务的工作

职位要求：
1、性别不限，25-30周岁，有良好的沟通能力以及语言表达能力；
2、性格外向、反应敏捷、表达能力强，具有较强的沟通能力及交际技巧，具有亲和力；
3、具备一定的市场分析及判断能力，良好的客户服务意识；
4、有责任心，能承受较大的工作压力；
5、有课程销售经验、互联网电子商务销售经验优先；
6、仪表整洁，谈吐得体，具有专业精神和个人风格, 诚实守信。
