Key Areas of Responsibility 

• Preparation journal entries in Oracle

  在Oracle系统中做账

• Conduct monthly closing and reporting processes efficiently with high quality

  高效高质量的完成月度结算和报告

• BS and P&L review with Finance Manager on monthly basis

  和财务经理对资产负债表和损益表进行评估

• Assist Finance Manager for all financial audits include both internal & externals.

  协助财务经理完成内部和外部的审计工作

• Assist VAT verification and monthly Tax declaration required by tax bureau

  协助增值税发票审核和认证以及每月的税务局要求的税务申报

• Issue VAT tax invoices / export invoices in golden tax system after billing

  在金税系统中开具增值税发票/出口发票

                        

 

  

Required Skills

• Accuracy/Attention to detail.

  仔细认真注重细节

• Knowledge and ability in areas such as receivables, payables, cost accounting, etc.

  有应收，应付，成本核算方面的经验

• Knowledge of accounting laws, regulations and standards, internal controls

  有会计法规准则，内控方面的知识

• University degree in Finance or Accounting.

  财务和会计专业

• 2-3 years accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
