1,根据公司发展战略,在机械和气动产品操作平台上构建良好的销售队伍并带领销售团队开发新客户;有独立制定,管理团队和自律实施项目计划;控制、承担风险能力;
2,有机械制造工厂工作经验或熟悉机电类产品,有气动、液压类相关技术背景优先;完成液压气动类产品销售目标,并管理销售团队和自我日常工作汇报流程和行为规范;
3,能够有效的解决销售业务中遇到的问题,找出原因和解决的方法。有很强的计划性、时间管理能力;汇报计划监管责任制;
4,能独当一面的管理好销售团队,扩大销售团队,传授业务知识和销售技巧;分析当今主流的机械产品行业市场并不断开拓新业务;
5,机械或相关大专以上学历,熟悉机械专业知识;计算机、网络应用和英语CET4,水平良好;
6、人品行优秀,有人格魅力和健康平和的心态,积极主动,刻苦钻研,高度的责任心和自律性,自我激励,可以承受进取拓展过程中的压力。
岗位要求:
1、根据公司经营内容,开拓新客户,并达成预期销售业绩;
2、协助项目管理团队,完成与客户间的沟通并解决项目中发生的问题;
3、策划及管理公司的业务及发展策略;
4、完成相关业务管理工作 。
