Overview:

This role is focused on providing financial analysis and forecast to support business growth need of naked Group; This role also in charge of FP&A system and process improvement.

Responsibilities:

1、Routinely communicate with profit centers and business divisions about company consolidated financial and operational performance trends, historical and forecast, by means of appropriate metrics or other analytic tools. Interpret implications and recommend actions.

2、Review business and accounting operational processes. Design tools to monitor and control risks emerging from these processes. Give recommendations of process re-engineering.

3、Prepare monthly actual, forecast financial and various internal management reports, accuracy check and distribute reports to Senior Management on time; Help develop and implement budgeting system.

4、Assistant Finance Director to prepare naked Group level cash flow forecast

5、Participate in the strategic aspects of the annual operating plan and budget process for the company. Support the strategic business planning process.

6、Coordinate the capital spending review process for the company. Analyze capital spending projects, and make recommendations.

7、Maintain and enhance the routine reports as needed (weekly, monthly, quarterly) for each business divisions as well as consolidation level. Develop and maintain financial forecasting, budgeting, and operational models.

Qualifications:

1、8+ years of financial experience, with 4-5+ years in FP&A dealing with multi-entities

2、 Excellent analytic skills, detail oriented and fluency in English;

3、 Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on high quality and business profit. A natural forward planner who critically assesses own performance.

4、Able to working under pressure; willing to travel and work overtime;

Education/Certifications:

1、Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance

2、CPA is preferred
