Scope:The key responsibilities will include handling all the account payable and account receivable, journal voucher posting, preparation of general ledgers and account reconciliation, completion of monthly tax returns filing and accounting books filing properly.

Besides the above, this position will closely work with the supervisor and assist in month-end closing, annual audit & tax filing, internal control and compliance.

Major Responsibilities:

a) Financial accounting functions

Check all the PR/ERs with supporting in compliance with FMC standards and local policies;

Communicate with colleagues and vendors/suppliers for any payment issue;

Post journal entries in Kingdee accurately and make the payments in HSBCnet or Citidirect timely;

Generate CTC cost report by cost center during month-end closing; and prepare the prelim draft of cost analysis;

Issue invoices to customer timely;

· Prepare A/P & A/R aging report monthly;

· Reconcile inter-company payables/receivables with relevant entities;

· Post journal voucher and prepare general ledger;

· Closely work with the supervisor for month-end closing;

Prepare monthly accounts reconciliation (i.e. bank, B/S accounts tracking; etc)

b) Tax accounting

Complete and file tax return in a timely manner. It includes IIT payments for labor fee , VAT and corporate income tax payment, online tax return filing per local tax bureau's requirement;

Maintain business records in accordance with local requirements, ensure all transactions are properly recorded or filed with relevant supporting documentations;

Manage and file invoices properly and safely;

c) Internal control and compliance

Filing and maintenance of accounting records in accordance with Corporate guidelines and local policies;

Keep the relevant company certificates updated, including business license, financial certificate, tax certificate, organization code certificate, custom certificate, etc; i.e. do the renewal before they are expired;

Assist the supervisor in the completion of annual audit and tax filing; as well as the combined audit required by government authorities.

Qualifications:

- Diploma or above (degree preferred) in Accounting field;

- 5+ years solid working experience in accounting field, especially in accounts payable and treasury area;

- Familiar with major accounting systems, Kingdee or SAP is preferred;

- Familiar with electronic banking system, and Citidirect and HSBCnet is preferred;

- Experience in audit, internal control and taxation is an advantage;

- Strong PC skills in MS Office ;

- Good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills;

- Good command of English;

- Hardworking and eager to learn;

- Good team player and positive personality;

- Self-motivated, able to work under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
