1.负责项目经理团队的组织与管理，与公司高层领导及业务负责人保持紧密沟通，制定项目计划。

2.以项目目标为导向，统筹资源，协调项目成员包括产品、开发、测试、运营，共同推进项目落地。

3.在项目实施过程中能够及时解决问题，并不断优化，提高团队工作效率，加快项目迭代速度。

4.控制项目质量，做好风险的识别和把控，制定风险应对措施。

任职要求：

本科以上学历，互联网、保险专业、金融行业优先。

2.8年以上保险项目管理经验，3年以上项目经理团队管理经验。

3.具备优秀的项目决策能力和风险管控能力，及时发现及处理项目中存在的问题，确保项目顺利进行，保障项目质量。

4.具备优秀的沟通协调能力和执行力，能够对项目团队进行良好的管理和培训，以及维护良好的客户关系。
