REPORTING TO:  Finance Controller

 

BASIC FUNCTION: This role is responsible for the daily & monthly accounting and tax of the business unit.

 

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES:

 

·     Monitor all monthly expenses payment and liaise with Management regarding corrective measures required.

·     Prepare and input GL entries with proper business approval and valid supporting documents, ensure all bookings are accurate and timely

·     Responsible for monthly tax accounting, ensure tax accounting is in line with current tax regulations; take part in annual tax filing and ad hoc tax reviews both internally and externally

·       Month end close processing (according to month end checklist)

·       Kingdee or JDE ERP monthly operation & closing experience

·     Prepare and submit local GAAP report

·     Other task assign by FC

 

 

 

Skill Requirement

l  7 years’ experience in GL/financial reporting position, and 1 years in supervisory role, preferably with MNC experience.

l  Solid knowledge and experience in preparation financial statements under PRC GAAP and IFRS.

l  Solid knowledge on tax regulations

l  Bachelor degree or above in Accounting or equivalent.

l  Good MS office skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.

l  Independent, self-motivate, detail/result oriented and hardworking.

l  Language skills: Local language and fluent English in spoken and written

l  Effective communication skill.
