岗位职责：

1．相关前台性事务，如接听并转接电话、收发快递;

2. 相关行政性事务 ，如文件扫描，办公用品采购.....

3．辅助合同，订单，样品单的制作

4. 报关文件的制作及报关跟进

5．销售支持back Up：为客户查询库存，做出库管理，安排每日发货单

7．上级交代的其他任务

任职要求：

1．有一定的英文基础

2．熟练使用office等办公软件，擅长Excel 者优先考虑

3．有较强的事业心，具有团队配合性，服从领导的工作安排
