1、根据询价要求寻找合格供应商；

     Sourcing to find real vendor according to enquiries requirement

2、分析供应商是否为真正的制造商及在行业内的地位；

     Analyzing vendors to realize if they are real manufacturer and their ranking in market

3、及时、快速、准确地与供应商和客户进行沟通；

    Fast, quick & on-time communications with vendors & clients

4、拜访供应商；

     Visiting vendors across china (if required)

5、产品的常规检验，生产及船运的安排；

     Normal (visual) inspection of productions, products & shipments (if required

6、准备订单、PI、PO、发票及船运等资料

     Providing offers, PI, PO, invoices & shipping documents

7、向总经汇报日常工作；

     Daily report to GM for exiting jobs

8、及时更新工作状态信息

     Register & updates jobs status in provided excel table

要求：

1、本科及以上学历；机械工程师或相关优先

     Bachelor degree; Prefer to be mechanical engineer；

2、具有外贸采购工作经验，熟悉国际贸易流程；

     Experience in international trade purchasing and souring, good command of international trade;

3、了解石化公司、石油或天然气公司及发电厂的设备或设施，如泵、涡轮机、热交换器以及诸如管道、配件及金属板材等。

     Has knowledge in equipment and devices of petrochemical and oil/gas refinery and power plant such as Pumps, turbine,heat exchanger as well as general items such as pipes, fitting, plate.

3、工作认真、负责、细致、积极性好，沟通能力强；

     Be responsible, hard-workig, patient and positive, excellent communication skills;

4、英语熟练；

     Must have English(speaking, read and writing);

5、了解工业设备及工业管道材料；

     Having a knowledge in industrial equipment and pipling materials;

6、了解国际贸易货运知识、地方出口相关法律、法规；

      Having a knowledge in international business terms and handling import and export regulations and methods;

7、熟练操作办公软件；

     Ms-office

8、能适应国内出差。

     Ready to trip across China.
