Responsibilities:

• Post job description in the different media and screening the CVs from various channels.
• Arrange interview schedule and take record.
• Set up candidate pool for future use. 
• Keep good relationship with headhunter, website and various recruiting agencies 
• Organize orientation.
• Arrange probation interview according to probation management process
• Collect probation evaluation form and keep in file.
• Update employee database and personal file.
• Manage the staff resignation process.
• Take charge of labor contract renewal  
  

Qualification: 

• Bachelor degree and above.
• At least 5 years' working experience on the staffing field, familiar with recruiting and staffing.
• Good command of English, including writing and speaking.
• Good computer skill with Word, Excel or Power Point
• Strong capability of problem solving and issue coordinate
• Hard working, honest and team-player
