岗位职责：

1、利用先进的体外和体内方法来发现和验证针对免疫/炎症的药物靶，包括并不限于从淋巴和非淋巴组织中分离免疫细胞亚群，根据靶点的生物学背景，设计并实施相关的功能学方法来确定候选药物的生物学活性和作用机制；

2、利用流式细胞仪来分析来测量免疫细胞（ T, B, NK, Neutrophil, Monocyte etc）的细胞应答；

3、申请专利并在学术期刊和会议上发表创新成果。

任职资格：

1、博士学历，免疫学或相关学科，具有2年以上博士后经验；

2、广泛了解不同免疫细胞的生物学知识，如T细胞，B细胞和巨噬细胞；

3、在免疫学，生物化学和分子技术方面有强大的实践技能，包括细胞培养，原代组织和细胞的使用，多参数流式细胞仪（细胞内和细胞表面标记），mRNA定量（qPCR），转录组学和单一 - 细胞RNA测序，蛋白质表达的定量，免疫组织化学和蛋白质印迹等；

4、拥有自身免疫和炎症模型的实践，体内研究经验；

5、积极主动，富有创造力，富有创造力，有条理并能够独立执行和规划实验；

6、对科学有浓厚兴趣，良好的书面和口头沟通技巧，能适应在快节奏的协作环境中有效工作，能够管理和承担不同的项目职责；

7、英文流利，有在同行评审期刊上发表的独立研究成果的记录者优先。

Position Summary:

The Department of Immunology/Inflammation at Qilu Pharmaceutic have opportunities for highly motivated and talented research scientists to join a group focused on T cell and B cell biology. The candidate will utilize state-of-the-art in vitro and in vivo approaches to discover and validate new drug targets. A primary focus will be on measurement of T cell (Th1, Th2, Th17, and Treg) and B cell responses ex vivo using cytokine induction and proliferation assays, intercellular cytokine staining, and flow cytometric analysis. Isolation of immune cell subsets from lymphoid and non-lymphoid tissues will also be performed.

Position requirements:

? We require a Ph.D. in Immunology or a related field with a minimum of 2 or more years of postdoctoral and/or industrial experience or MS with minimum of 4 or more years of academic or industrial experience

? Possesses a working knowledge of mouse models of autoimmune disease and possess an understanding of how to apply knock-out/knock-in technologies to better understand disease pathology.

? Possesses an excellent record of accomplishment of independent research with publications in high impact, peer-reviewed journals.

? Demonstrates ability to independently design, execute, and interpret experiments, and should be able to manage and prioritize a number of different project responsibilities within the scope of the group.

? Possesses a keen scientific interest, strong written and oral communication skills, and the desire to work effectively in a fast paced, collaborative environment are essential.

? A rigorous and creative scientist who can carry out basic research in pursuit of innovative treatments for autoimmune and chronic inflammatory diseases.

? Possesses hands-on, in vivo research experience in models of T cell dependent autoimmunity and inflammation.

? Well-read in the field of T cell immunology, particularly as it relates to autoimmunity.

? A strong desire to publish in high impact, peer reviewed journals.

? Demonstrated experience in the development of in vitro cellular assays to assess lymphocyte and myeloid cell activities.

? Strong hands-on skills in immunological, biochemical, and molecular techniques including cell culture, use of primary tissues and cells, multi-parameter flow cytometry (both intracellular and cell surface markers), quantification of mRNA (qPCR), Transcriptomics and Single-cell RNA sequencing, quantification of protein expression, immunohistochemistry, and western blotting.

Qualifications:

Education: Ph.D. in Immunology or related field with >2 years of post-doctoral experience or MS with >4 years related experience

Special Skills/Abilities:

? Highly motivated, innovative, creative, organized and able to independently perform and plan experiments

? A keen scientific interest, strong written and oral communication skills, and the desire to work effectively in a fast paced, collaborative environment.

? Extensive knowledge in the biology of different immune cells such as T cells, B cells and macrophages
