• Independently handle recruiting activities from junior to senior level positions, including job posting, CV screening, Candidates interview, interview arrangement, interview evaluation, offer proposal, offer letter sending and onboarding arrangement etc.
•  Work closely with recruitment service vendors: website, labor agency etc. and maintain the recruitment advertisement system. Job fair management. Ensure recruitment channel effectiveness to maximize recruiting efficiency
• Help to prepare manpower analysis report (turnover, vacancy, headcount, recruitment tracking) weekly and monthly   
• Ensure P-files consists of sufficient Personal information before passing them to C&B colleague for Personnel file maintenance
• Probation period management
• Responsible for the people hiring, termination procedures and coordinate with HR service vendors for the hiring and termination of people from other cities
• Health checking (onboard\on job\resignation) arrangement
• Conduct training needs survey, prepare the yearly training plan based on the inputs from function leaders and company business needs, which included both technical competency development and people skills development. Organize the training activities based on the approved plan. Conduct new employee orientation training and coordinate other training activities with training effects following up, training reports
• Organize employee activities to help to retain and engage people
• Support on various HR projects and initiatives
• Prepare HR report for HR manager on regular basis
• Other tasks assigned by HR manager

• Bachelor’ degree, majored in HR Management , business management or related fields 

• At least 3 years working experience in multinational manufacturing company in recruiting and training 

• Good in English communication

• Can work under pressure in a structured way
