• Answering service hotline for Cruise under supervision of immediate department manager;
• 在直属部门经理指导下，接听航线热线；

• Command of relevant product information of home port and fly cruise, and provide consultancy, sales and after-sales services to guests;
• 掌握航线（母港及海外长线）相关产品信息，为客人提供相关咨询、预定和售后服务；

• Understand Cruise sales policy/seasonal promotions/packaged products/SOP to deliver quick and correct reaction for bookings handling and information collection and responding as well as ensure all actions in line with SOP;
• 掌握航线销售政策、限时促销、打包产品、标准流程以确保及时和正确的预定流程和信息搜集反馈，并且确保服务符合标准流程规定；

• Ensure correct system operation dealing with direct sale bookings, eg creating booking, inserting item, adding discount, keying in info. ect. to achieve smooth process;
• 确保正确高效的处理直销业务的系统操作，如创建预定，添加附件项目，选择折扣，信息录入等；

• Ensure correct and professional communication with direct sales guests in line with product operation and SOP, eg sending email, make calling, sending sms ect. to enhance guests booking experience to bring more guests;
• 确保与客人的沟通专业准确，熟悉产品运作及标准流程规定，发送邮件，接听电话，发送短信，提升消费者的客户体验，从而带来更多的客户；

• Report/feedback works results/ process to immediate department manager as per specific request to ensure the assigned jobs been finalized qualified and efficiency;
• 定时将工作结果汇报和反馈给直属部门经理，以确保分配的工作及时高效的按要求完成;

• Others jobs assigned by immediate department manager.
• 直属部门经理安排的其他工作。
