Amiee Lynn is a New York City (USA) and Shanghai based merchandising, product development and manufacturing company started 20 years ago. We specialize in various product categories and service some of America's leading brands and retailers. Product categories include apparel, jewelry, and soft accessories soft-line as hats and belts.

Amiee Lynn’s fast growing division in 2019 is the Apparel Division, on track to work with some of the world’s leading fashion, active and lifestyle brands and retailers. The QA Manager will report to the division director/supervisors and be given the opportunity to join the division at an exciting time, full of both challenges & opportunities. He/she will be the first full-time QA staff member solely assigned to this division.

Responsibilities 岗位职责

1. To book and check the trims ：sticks/hangers/packages etc. according to the order. 根据订单要求到指定供应商处订购如辅料并负责核对。

2. To works with U.S. production team and vendors, sourcing samples and suppliers, follow up orders, ensure goods are of good quality and delivered on time. Monitor and check production status. 协助美国总部买手及供应商保持密切联系，开发供应商，开发、核对样品，跟进订单生产，确保产品质量及交期。监控供应商生产并核实生产进程。

3. To collect packaging, packing, testing and other information, make instruction for vendors. 收集整理产品包装，测试等相关信息，并对供应商进行指导。

4. To assistant the preproduction and TOP samples.协助样品的寄送及确认。

5. To keep track of vendors' performance追踪供应商情况。

6. To Coordinating QA team in production inspection 协助QA团队验货。

Requirement 岗位要求：

1. At least 2 years's production sourcing/order following experiences in jewerlly for international trading industry with necklaces, earrings, hairdresses, Beauty care/bath tools or other accessorty textiles is preferred. 至少2年以上时尚首饰、项链、耳环、发饰、个人护理、洗护工具或其他相关纺织品外贸工作经验。

2. Good English both in oral and written. 良好的英语口语及书面表达能力。

3. Hardworking and carefullness.Team work spirit, integrity, pleasant personality. 认真仔细，有团队合作精神，诚实正直，易于相处。

4. College education level, majored in textile or foreign trade. 大专以上学历，纺织或贸易类专业优先。

5. Passion for fashion industry, fashion accessories and collocation。热爱时尚行业，喜欢研究时尚饰品及搭配。
