Account Manager
Job Summary:
Build and manage client relationships on many levels
Job Requirements:
1. At least 4 - 6 years of agency experience preferred
2. Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field required, advance degree preferred
3. Experience working in packaged goods in account-specific marketing preferred
4. Experience and competence on shopper marketing and respective channels
5. Experience leading and building team
6. Ability to think strategically/act cross functionality
7. Ability to evaluate creative and creative briefs; apply Customer/Shopper insights
8. Competence in customer marketing with confidence and ability to clearly communicate
9. Process business acumen
Job Description:
1. Communicate key client information and direction to company on continuous basis
2. Manage agency and client expectations to ensure alignment in work process and ensure timely work deliverables
3. Establish and achieve quarterly revenue and service goals and provide monthly progress reports and forecasts to Account Director
4. Ensure that we have all necessary records of jobs to expedite billings and payment
5. Formulate plans to extend business with established accounts
6. Supervise and participate in new-business development
7. Ensure agency engagement with the client in driving customer marketing planning
8. Provide strategic direction to client relationships and customer marketing focus
9. Gain consistent client feedback through formal evaluations and respond appropriately
10. Collectively develop tactical plans, review progress and drive accountability
