Lead and manage supplier quality performance along within the global procurement organization.  Lead the execution and implementation of strategies that improve business unit processes related to:

• Lead Supplier Excellence implementation, scheduling, management, and improvements at key suppliers
• Develop and execute zero defect plans for continuous improvement
• Leading and enhancing procurement sourcing processes for new supplier identification and approval.
• Lead maintenance and evaluation of all quality performance metrics
• Leading SPAP part approvals for all new product and part launches
• Develop long term control plans for improved performance and perfect execution 

Lead and execution of processes relating to new product development including supplier selection, capability assessment, and quality improvement.  Lead the development and maintenance of supplier development, evaluation and improvement programs

Lead the approval processes for all new product and part introductions

Lead all planning and execution of overall SQDE improvement activities at suppliers including parts quality issues, supplier / subcontractor quality assurance system and project quality assurance 

Act as a liaison between suppliers, sourcing teams, and the Diebold engineering community.

Lead, develop and implement strategies to improve supplier productivity and quality, and ensure supply chain continuity

Manage all necessary containment actions related to supplier quality issues within the external supply chain.

Liaison between Diebold Service and individual suppliers for field related issues including the identification of root cause and corrective actions.  Ensure supplier provides necessary resources and products to support timely field improvements due to supplier fault defective product.
