1、按ISO9001管理标准和模式建立、维护并持续改进公司的质量管理体系；

2、组织实施工厂ISO9001内部审核，核查问题，跟进协调和落实纠正预防措施，推动质量管理体系持续改进；

3、组织实施与ISO9001相关的质量意识、质量管理理论和实践等方面的厂内培训与教育；

4、起草，修订和定期回顾质量管理体系相关文件；

5、参与工厂其它QA事务处理，包括偏差管理，变更控制，供应商质量管理，客户投诉处理等。

任职资格：

1. 工科类或管理类专业，汽车行业3年以上质量管理体系工作经验。

2. 了解汽车行业质量管理体系标准，熟悉ISO9001质量管理体系标准，具有VDA6.1、VDA6.3、VDA6.5证书者。了解ISO14001环境管理体系标准。

3. 精通APQP、PPAP、FMEA、MSA、SPC五大工具，熟悉过程流程图、控制计划。

4. 熟练操作电脑及OFFICE办公软件。

5. 良好的组织协调、沟通能力和分析解决问题能力。

6. 有丰富的过程分析及过程控制经验。
