Responsibilities:

1. Assist in a broad range of administrative tasks for sourcing &supply chain department;

2. Assist sourcing team for data entry on SAP system such as price input;

3. Assist sourcing team for data collection such as extract and drawing download on SAP;

4. Assist in export documentation and tracking for all suppliers’ delivery;

5. Assists supply chain for the delivery planning.

Qualifications:

1. Working background: diploma in procurement, supply chain/logistics /international trade or other similar field. 1 year working experience is a plus;

2. Computer skill: Keen on Microsoft software including word, excel, PPT, etc. SAP experience is highly appreciated;

3. Language Skill: CET-6 or above, good at English and excellent in Mandarin;

4. Personality: Good communication skill, teamwork spirit and be used to pay attention to details.
