Job Description: Account Manager
Indegene’s Multi Channel Marketing practice had partnered with leading Global Pharmaceutical Companies, and is looking for experienced Digital Marketing Account Managers to lead programs that rely on the application of technologies, content, data and creativity for executing digital marketing solutions.
The person will need to work directly with our local sales team and operations team from Indegene in India to design and develop solutions to address the client needs. The position would serve as a primary point for contact and quality control for our internal teams, external clients, key opinion leaders, etc.
The basic requirement is to manage expectations of the clients, provide market and business nuances while managing projects, being the bridge and connect. The person would also need to work on translation, reviewing language, and be subject expertise in native and English Language
Location: This position will be based out of Shanghai and will involve minimum amount of travel (up to 15%)
The Job entails the following but not limited to:
Project Planning:
- Responsible for creating project plans and timelines based on relevant inputs from clients and internal experts
- Anticipate major risks in plan execution and developing solutions in advance
- Communicate key dates, dependencies, risks and solutions to clients and all other stakeholders.
- Obtain and organize the required documentation or project assets to ensure smooth kick off.
- Project kick off with all client as well as internal stakeholders.
- Playing significant role in building capabilities and processes and developing people to execute on these plans.
Project Management:
- Work closely with clients and Indegene digital marketing project team to ensure successful deployment and launch of the program.
- Ensure strong communication between execution teams on project status.
- Responsible for managing gross margin, project profitability, CSAT, & ESAT.
Client Management
- Consistently analyze and identify needs that clients may not recognize and ensure approaches and solutions are linked to objectives and future needs.
- Consistently manage client expectations, ensure delivery of the highest quality service, and solicit and act on client feedback.
- Communicate and document project status and strategic recommendations to clients
Basic Qualification:
? Education: Graduate or Post Graduate with or without MBA or a foreign equivalent
- Experience: At least 5 years digital marketing project management experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or pharmaceutical services industry, with technological expertise.
Desired profile:
? Must have strong written and oral communication / presentation skills – both in Japanese, Mandarin and English
? Proficient in Project Management, Digital Marketing, Digital Technologies
? Knowledge of Pharma Marketing, Regulatory Compliance would be added advantage
? Ability to deal with multiple stake holders and manage client’s expectations
? Ability to take initiatives with excellent interpersonal skills
? Must have proven experience in formulating solutions and proposals for problems of a strategic nature
? Passion for networking and updating oneself with the latest market trends and relate it to identifying business opportunities
? Structured thinking and articulation
? Ability to manage pressure and work with multiple stakeholders
