岗位职责：

1、 工程前期的各种资料收集、整理、立卷、装订整齐，保管工作等；

2、 配合项目经理去施工现场勘查，做好记录，施工过程各种质量保证，资料的收集、检查、及时整理齐全工地资料汇总等；

3、 施工中各种会议的记录、整理、会签、复印、做好工程资料并与工程进度同步进行；

4、 各种工程信息的收集、项目图纸及资料的收发、传递、反馈，及时向领导反映和汇报等；

5、 工作及时认真、不误竣工，能够及时完成领导交办的任务和工作。
