1. Repair machine when machine breaks down to ensure recovery and proper running.

2. Maintain machines regularly according to PM/TPM plan to reduce machine down time.

3. Write down maintenance record in details, make sure handover with other shift properly and communicate with production line leader or setter.

        详细记录当班维修事项，妥善做好交接班工作，并做好与生产班长或调整工的信息沟通。

4. Carry out daily spot inspection and routine inspection of machines.

        执行日常的设备点检和巡检。

5. Record spare part usage in SAP system and carry out inventory take on a regular basis.

        在SAP系统中录入备品备件的领用数据，定期进行实物盘点。

6. Make use 5S in working area.

        做好工作现场的5S。

7. Assist and support maintenance engineer to fulfill relevant tasks.

        协助配合维修工程师完成相关工作。

8. Come up with continuous improvement suggestions, such as repair damaged components to re-use for machines.

        针对设备现状提出改善意见和建议，如修损坏的零件为设备再利用等。

9. Acquire new knowledge and new skills through internal lessons learnt and practice sharing proactively.

        主动通过内部技术知识经验的交流和分享，获取知识，提高自身的技能。

10. Assist production line leader to have level 1 problem solving.
