JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 工作职责
1. Providing legal support to Group’s BUs across a wide range of matters, including but not limited to:
为集团及其下属机构的各种事宜提供法律支持，包括但不限于：
1) Draft, review, revise and negotiate contracts and other legal documents;
起草、审阅、修改合同文本及其他法律文书，并参与谈判；
2) Support and assist Group’s BUs in dealing with various disputes, coordinate with external law firms for arbitration /litigation cases;
支持、协助集团下属机构处理各类纠纷，配合外部律师进行仲裁与诉讼；
3) Provide legal administration and support where necessary on daily work for a wide coverage of healthcare laws and regulations related issues, etc.
在日常工作中就医疗法律法规相关的各类法律事务提供必要的管理及支持等。
2. Providing compliance support to Group’s BUs across a wide range of matters, including but not limited to:
为集团及其下属医疗机构的各种事宜提供合规支持，包括但不限于：
1) On the basic of compliance with laws, regulations and Group Policies, establishing, developing, implementing and/or reviewing, revising related policies, standards and procedures;
在符合法律法规以及集团政策、制度的前提下，创建、发展、实施及/或审阅、修订合规政策、标准和程序；
2) Provide compliance administration and support where necessary on daily work for a wide coverage of healthcare laws and regulations related issues. e.g., Medical Institutions, Medical Staff, Nursing， Pharmaceutical， Medical Devices，Medical Advertising， Eldercare Service and Administration Penalties, etc.;
在日常工作中就医疗法律法规相关的各类合规事务提供必要的管理及支持。例如：医疗机构、医护人员、护理、药品、医疗设备、医疗广告、养老，以及行政处罚等；
3. Performs other related duties as assigned or required.
负责其他职责相关的，需要或者上级指派的工作。

QUALIFICATION 任职要求
1. Bachelor or above degree in law with PRC Bar; background in medical/medical administration or overseas education preferred;
具有本科或以上学历，法学专业，持有法律职业资格；同时具有医学/医政或海外教育背景从优；
2. Around 5 years of experience in legal practice and regulatory compliance in healthcare service related industry; Experience in hospital management, clinical healthcare, and/or complaints & dispute resolution and litigation & arbitration preferred;
具有近5年或以上律师实务以及医疗服务相关领域法务合规经验；具有医院管理工作、临床医疗工作、投诉和争议解决以及诉讼仲裁经验从优；
3. Solid drafting experience at policies, SOP, guidelines, etc.;
具有丰富的规章制度、标准流程、指导说明等相关文档的起草经验；
4. Able to deal with general legal documents like draft, review, and revise contracts;
能够处理一般性法律文书，如起草、审阅、修改合同文本；
5. Able to provide the Group’s BUs with independent legal and compliance advice and support in medium complex up to complex matters;
有能力为集团下属医疗机构在处理中高度复杂事项中提供独立的法律及合规意见以及支持；
6. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Be willing to handle tasks for other colleagues in case of any vacancy, good teamwork spirit required.
具备良好的人际沟通交往能力，吃苦耐劳，在有空缺时愿意为其他同事处理事务，良好的团队合作精神；
7. With very limited supervision, able to plan, organize and accomplish his/her work within the framework and time as set;
能自觉制定计划、规划组织、按时完成上级布置的相关任务；
8. Proficient in spoken and written English skill required. 英语口语和书写精通。
9. Excellent office software skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and good presentation & training skills.
熟练操作办公软件（Word, Excel, PowerPoint），并且具有良好的演讲及培训技能。
