Sophistication in digital media

1. Very familiar with all digital tools including social media, WeChat/ Weibo/ Tiktok eco-system, social commerce model, e-commerce mechanism, IP co-creation etc...
2. Able to lead strategy and execution when facing KOL vendor, TP company(e-commerce), media partners, digital production team etc.
3. Able to build long-term holistic digital eco-system from paid/ owned media.

Creative content thinking

1. Very sensitive about the new trends, new social topics, new techs and takes the initiative to inspire creative team
2. Able to lead KOL/ Grass-seeding strategy- right message via right KOL/ channel
3. Able to define or even initiate social headlines that leads social talkability
4. Build the framework for holistic social/digital centric ideation, seamless connects idea/ message and channel/ mechanism

Work the plan

• From end to end work together with creative director/ account director make sure the work can land on the dynamic digital eco-system
• Manage the social response after campaign launch
• Evaluate the KPI
