Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

1. Determined to realize turnover target in appointed region, without any compromise on long-term brand equity, working with motivation and ability to win and convince over demanding customers and competition.

2. Develops and executes sales potential in business, in accordance of company strategy and plan， and proactively collects project information and materials for business analysis.

3. Passionate about V-ZUG as a company, brand and products, has the ability to select products according the market situation, to benchmark vs competitors and to highlight the advantages of V-ZUG, creating the basis for sales; represents the company providing excellent service in terms of communication and coordination to business partners and customers.

4. Coordinate and support BPs in all respects for development of sales and execution of projects.

5. Support Retail business, contributing in the selection of partners / showrooms and development of business (coaching and sales training, support in design and product selection), also as a mean to develop Project sales.

6. Able to interact with Product marketing: proactively deepen understanding about all product related matters; collect and share information from competitors, provide insights on products/modifications needed.

Key skills and requirements:

· Strong work ethics, even in situations of stress.

· Ability to work under high pressure maintaining due composure.

· Passionate for perfection, detailed minded, result-oriented and self-motivated.

· Ability to build and maintain long term relationships with internal and external stakeholder, including developers, business partners, architects and interior designers.

· Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese.

· Minimum 2 years of relevant experiences within premium brands.

· Degree/Diploma in Interior Design / Engineering / Marketing / Business Administration or equivalent.
