Job Responsibilities

·Be responsible for project management, implementation and coordination;

·Attend site meeting and handle project related and contractual works;

·Prepare project budgets, schedules and technical proposals with MNC clients, architects, designers, and Project Managers

·Perform project management functions, including work scope management, resource and schedule management, risks and issues management, HSE & quality management, and change control

·Develop project plans and reporting tools for managing projects and updating management teams

·Plan and manage resources to work on multiple projects

Job Requirements

·Degree holder in Interior Design / Facilities Management / Engineering or related discipline;

·Minimum 3 years working experience in multinational or sizable foreign companies;

·Familiar with Hong Kong or multinational working culture;

·Effective communication and presentation skills in interacting with people in all levels;

·Good interpersonal and coaching skills;

·Independent, analytical, well organized, strong sense of responsibility and commitment, mature and good

team player;

·Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Putonghua;

·Able to maintain highly confidential information;

·Proficient in Microsoft in Microsoft Office, Words, Excel and Power Point; MS Project; Photoshop; and Auto-CAD

·Able to work under pressure, multi-tasking and meet deadlines;

·Overseas study or work experience is a plus;
