Title: Production Planner 生产计划（注塑）
Report To: Logistic Supervisor物流主管
Summary工作概要
根据客户需求和生产实际需求，负责注塑车间生产计划的制定、原材料的跟踪确认、生产过程中物料的控制、成品及半成品出货计划，以保证生产正常进行并保证客户交付。

主要任务和职责
1. 熟悉注塑生产工艺，进行机台产能分析，并及时与客户交流，根据订单要求，制定注塑生产计划。
2. 负责制定原材料需求计划，依据生产及存货需求及时进行调整，跟踪供应商订单执行情况并确保物料满足生产要求。
3. 制定新项目的试模生产计划，以确保新项目的开发进度。
4. 根据客户订单要求及供应商的质量情况，将原材料的库存控制在合理的范围，降低在制品库存，实现精益生产。
5. 合理及时安排出货、收货、发料工作，保证生产进度能按计划完成。
6. 对生产异常及时调整生产计划，确保满足客户需求。
7. 与客户保持良好的沟通，

资格和要求
教育：大学本科及以上学历。
经历：二年及以上注塑行业工作经验。
其他：言行举止符合公司价值观的要求。具备良好的中英文口头及书面表达能力。具备良好的Excel运用能力，熟悉MRP系统；认真仔细，对数字敏感。
