岗位职责：

1、人力资源规划，依据企业发展重点，规划具体工作方案和计划；

2、招聘与配置，依据企业人员编制配比，设置招聘计划，各岗位及时招聘合适的人(本条为该岗位核心工作内容和岗位要求)；

3、薪酬福利，制定薪资架构和合理的薪酬政策，合理控制企业成本的情况下，发挥薪酬的效用最大化；

4、绩效考核，组织制定有效的绩效考核体系和制度，记录、分析、评价并考核日常工作的业绩价值体现；

5、培训与发展，组织有效培训发挥员工的最大潜能，企业文化培训、企业规章制度培训、岗位技能培训等；

6、员工关系，员工与公司的关系、员工与管理层的关系、员工之间的关系，通过建立、维护、完善制度协调关系；

7、企业内部相关部门工作沟通与协调；

8、员工入离职手续、五险一金相关业务、企业团体商业险、常规体检或职业病体检业务办理；

9、劳动纠纷、仲裁等案件处理；

10、企业资质或认证类、专利等业务办理；

11、行政业务：车辆、厨房、保洁的管理，办公用品后勤用品采购，办公设备维修保养，客户来访接待，机票宾馆预订，会议组织，企业活动或拓展安排；

12、固定资产管理；

13、档案管理；

14、完成领导交办的其他工作任务。

任职要求

1. 大专以上学历，主修人力资源，行政管理，机械及模具类相关专业者优先；

2. 至少2年以上自动化机械设备或模具行业制造厂人事、行政岗位工作经验；

3. 对机械设备或者模具加工厂企业管理制度，各岗位职责及要求精通者优先；

4. 熟悉HR六大摸块工作流程者优先；

5. 思维敏捷，富有工作激情，具备较强的沟通能力与抗压能力；

6. 会开车优先。
