岗位职责：

主要工作是负责进行相关业务的商业拓展以及客户支持，包括

The main responsibility is to conduct business development as well as client support, including

- 收集并整理市场与项目信息，并进行竞争对手的分析;；

- Collect and organize the customer and project information, and conduct competitor analysis;

- 负责联系目标市场客户，介绍公司产品，了解客户需求;

- Contact target-customer, promote our company & product, understand the customer needs;

- 维持现有客户并发展新客户，积极推广公司产品提高销售业绩；

- Maintain the existing client as well as to develop new client, promote, promote company & products, increased sales of our products and services;

- 在客户与工程师(包括外籍工程师)之间起到一个沟通辅助作用；

- Support the communication between client and engineers, including international engineers;

- 与业务相关的其它项目工作。

任职要求：

成功的应聘者应该具备以下条件The successful candidate shall have the following qualification:

- 两年以上中国汽车行业的经验;-

- A minimum of 2 Years Experience in automotive industry in China.

- 具备良好的人际沟通能力以便把握客户（或潜在客户），了解其的需求，很好地向客户（或潜在客户）说明我们的服务并且在客户和我方工程师（包括海外工程师）之间进行很好的信息传递

- Communication skills in order to be able to manage with customers (potential customers), understand their needs, explain our services to the customer and liaise between customers and our engineers (including overseasengineers)。

- 具备良好的中英文能力。Fluent in English and Chinese is a MUST.

- 基本学历:大学以上的工程专业（机械或汽车测试）有关学历

- Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Automotive Testing).

- Familiarization of FMVSS, ECE, and Other Legislations, including Consumer’s test Protocols (e.g. USNCAP, IIHS and etc.) would be essential.

- The successful candidate must be able to communicate very well between the customers and the team of engineers, understand the needs of the customer and transmit them to the project team and present results and discuss on possible solutions to the projects, in order to carry out the smooth running of the project.
