Responsiblities/职责描述

1. Bookkeeping and monthly closing;

做账以及月度结账；

2. FA management. Responsible for FA inventory;

固定资产管理。负责固定资产盘点；

3. Responsible for cash and bank payment;

负责公司日常现金及银行付款；

4. Monthly statistic work;

月度统计工作；

5. Related tax issues (VAT, business tax, income tax etc.) and Issue the VAT invoice;

相关税务事宜（增值税，营业税，所得税等）以及开具增值税发票；

6. Support internal/ external financial audit and statutory audit;

支持内外部的财务审计以及法定审计；

7. Other task assigned from General Manager Finance and Administration.

总经理（财务行政）安排的其它任务。

Requirements 资质要求

1. Bachelor degree or above in Accounting/Finance Major;

本科及以上学历，财务或金融专业；

2. 3 years working experience as accountant and 1 years as G/L accountant

3年的会计从业经历并有1年总账会计经验；

3. Multinational/ US based company experience preferred;

有跨国公司或外资企业从业经验优先考虑；

4. Be familiar with the national financial policy, accounting rules and regulations, have knowledge of tax laws and policy;

熟悉国家财务政策、会计法规，了解税务法规和相关税收政策；

5. Experience with ERP like Kingdee or Ufida software

熟悉操作电算财务软件，如金蝶或用友；

6. Good English (written & spoken);

英语口语及书写能力良；

7. Good communication skill, Self-motivated, Open-minded, team player, and able to work under time pressure and meet deadlines consistently

良好的沟通技巧，自我激励的，开朗，团队协作，能够在时间压力下工作并且总是能够满足最后期限的要求。

8. Contract period of this position is one year
