职位描述

Responsible for JLL Shanghai Market Lead for PDS

·         Conduct regular internal meetings with Shanghai Puxi/Pudong Markets leadership to leverage client activity in both territories. Maintain regular contact with brokers and retain relationships

·         Analyze market link to generate new opportunities and pursuits

·         Conduct weekly meeting with D&B and PM leadership to discuss status and best pursuits for clients

Development and Lead D&B’s Strategy Through 6-Point Pursuit

·         Obtain information based on markets leadership

·         Align with BD manager and Clarify, Qualify and Engage with client

·         Strategize based on intel provided

·         Action best pursuits between D&B, PM, joint

·         Review and advise on key responsibility

·         Conduct regular meeting and communicate with transactional management team to identify long-term pursuits to track, pitch and present

Key Focus on Foreign and Multinational Client of JLL

·         Manage and maintain a health pipeline on BD tracker

·         Work closely with BD manager to align on opportunities

·         Conduct bi-weekly meetings with leadership to review and action pursuits

Allocation of Projects

·         Communicate and align with all D&B project members

·         Brief and allocate projects to team members best suited for the client’s project goals

·         Conduct regular meetings with the project team to align with client’s requests

Client Management

·         Discuss with leadership on ways to pitch to win for each client

·         Align with project teams on how we are pitching to win work

Costing Strategy

·         Develop a strategy how best to price work

·         Work closely with PM and QS team

RFP Review and Responses

·         Review and advise the best ways to respond to RFPs

·         Review all RFPs that are going out to ensure they are in line with JLL’s brand and clients expectations

·         Work along with DB to generate the best possible delivery

Regional Response

·         Align on all opportunities within regional team

·         Attend bi-weekly meetings and provide updates on mainland China opportunities in the region

·         Follow pursuit based on opportunities and join dots in region when needed

Marketing Document Review

·         Review all current marketing documents and ensure they are aligned with JLL brand

·         Work with BD team to develop and maintain business development documents

·         Work with graphic design and admin support to make updates

·         Work with other JLL departments for integrated pitches
