Responsibilities

  - Handle customer inquiries as well as preparing respective reports

- Prepare financial spreadsheets and facility letter to customers

  

- Provide general clerical assistance including typing, faxing, inputting, filing, etc. as required

  

- Provide administration support to Relationship Mgr in opening, closing, debiting, crediting, correcting errors, and constantly liaising with the ops dept..

  

- Ensuring adherence to prevailing laws and banking regulations.

  

Education and Relevant Experience

  

- Minimum 3 years' experience in banking field or Financial Institution preferred

  

- At least Bachelor Degree, prefer Finance/Economic major

  

- Good knowledge of banking products

  

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

  

- Result and customer-oriented

  

- Meticulous, self-motivated and able to work under pressures

  

- Effectively manages relationships with all working parties

  

- Positive attributes to Teamwork
